Millennial Manager Cohort
Overview
As a part of its Millennial Manager Collective (MMC), Reloveution is thrilled to open enrollment for an eight-month professional development program for millennial-identifying managers in Hartford County, Connecticut (and the surrounding areas). Fifteen spaces are reserved for professionals who are managing people, teams, projects, or organizations, and who are looking to level up their management and leadership practice.
The cohort will run from April to November 2022 and participants will receive up to thirty learning and coaching hours, in addition to a community of support for continuing growth and learning.
What's Included

Expected Outcomes
People who complete our program:

Develop a stronger philosophical foundation for leading and managing complex human beings in complex times

Learn concrete and immediately applicable skills, frameworks, and tools to strengthen management practice and maximize impact

Become more self-aware and understand how their attitudes, mindsets, beliefs, behaviors, and actions impact their management effectiveness

Become more confident and courageous in their ability to manage and lead (in times of calm and times of crisis)

The full cost of this experience is $2500, with payment plans, reparative pricing, and sponsorships available.
