About the Founder
Marissa Badgley, MSW
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Marissa has been developing leaders across the United States for over a decade. She has deep experience facilitating workshops, retreats, communities of practice, and learning engagements. Since 2013, her work has touched the lives of over 10,000 professionals from New York to Nebraska to California to Texas, and she has supported 100+ companies and schools in building strong, impactful, and sustainable leaders, programs, and infrastructure. In 2019, Marissa felt a pull to create her own story and to find a more authentic way to bring her gifts of community building, leadership, and teaching to even more human beings. Influenced by her own journey through burnout, loneliness, and frustration in the workplace, she is driven by an intense desire to make the world of work more compassionate and human-centered. She seeks to teach others (and more importantly show others) how to authentically, sustainably, and equitably disrupt destructive cycles in leadership and management to build community, transform hearts, spark joy, and change the world.
