We are...
Facilitators. Advisors. Consultants. Trainers. Coaches.
Our Mission
We are on a mission to disrupt the harmful paradigms and beliefs so many of us have embraced as leaders, changemakers, and professional human beings. Things like:
-
The belief that martyrdom is required to do meaningful work, and burnout is inevitable if we’re truly committed.
-
The idea that fear, competition, and scarcity should be the primary drivers of behavior change and performance management.
-
The instinct to avoid feedback and conflict instead of treating them as the most direct path to trust, growth, and stronger teams.
-
The false choice between being kind and being accountable, when the most powerful leadership and most psychologically safe teams require both.
-
The tendency to label people "the problem" when the system, structure, or unspoken rules they're operating inside of are harmful or broken.
-
The acceptance that work is inherently transactional and that productivity and profit are the most important outcomes.
In our work, we don’t just dismantle these narratives, but also model, and have the track record to prove, that a different way of working and leading is possible AND more effective for people and the bottom line.

We Partner with
Organizations and Humans Who Are Changing the World

Humans come to us when they are feeling stuck, burned out, or challenged in their work, role, leadership, or management, or when they are yearning to rediscover who they are and who they are meant to be.

Organizations come to us when they are losing sleep over things like work culture, employee retention, employee engagement or morale, burnout, communication, collaboration, and/or trust.
All industries can benefit from our unique solutions and we have supported nonprofits, startups, small businesses, restaurants, law firms, school districts, government agencies, foundations, and community groups.

Ensuring leaders and managers are equipped with the skills, mindsets, community, and
frameworks they need to succeed and thrive in their roles.

CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION
Helping individuals and teams identify the roots of tension, repair harm and relationships, and
build the skills to address conflict directly, compassionately, and with mutual accountability.

PROFESSIONAL
WELL-BEING
Identifying what's driving chronic stress and burnout, interrupting individual and systemic
martyrdom, and building sustainable practices that allow us to serve the world without
harming the people doing the service.
