Pricing Philosophy & Commitment to Access
The cost to work with Reloveution depends on a variety of factors, including our final project scope, your group's size, budget, and whether services are a one-off, ongoing, or bundled. We are committed to equity and offer preferred and tiered pricing options specifically for nonprofits and social impact organizations.
We endeavor to make our programming as accessible and nonexclusive as possible, especially for nonprofits and social impact organizations. If you think we can support your goals and needs, please reach out to explore options rather than assuming you can't afford it. We commit to listening to what feels fair to you and being honest about what feels fair to us. We can almost always find a path forward.
Generally, organizations pay within the following ranges, but your investment may be higher or lower once we connect about your needs! Everything should be considered a conversation starter until we finalize a scope of work.
Base Rates (Conversation Starters)

One-time workshop (1.5-2 hours) = $3,000 - $5,500 (bundled rates are available)

Half-Day Facilitation = $4,500 - $7,500

Day-Rate Facilitation = $6,000 - $12,000 / day (multi-day rates are available; travel not included)

1:1 Coaching or Advisory = $250-$500/ hour (bundled rates are available)
On a case-by-case basis, Reloveution is open to exploring compensation options beyond cash, including bartering, audience-building (think: speaking opportunities, podcast features, newsletter exchanges, or introductions to your network), co-marketing partnerships, venue or platform exchange, and referral relationships.
