Mutual Aid Leadership Learning Initiative
March - August 2026
A solidarity-based professional development program designed specifically for small to mid-sized nonprofits navigating scarcity and less-than-ideal conditions in 2026. Instead of asking each organization to shoulder the full cost of leadership development on its own, participating organizations pool resources to make high-quality, practical learning possible for their current and aspiring leaders.
Nonprofit People & Culture Roundtables
March - August 2026
We're hosting a series of FREE roundtable gatherings to discuss the current climate, how folks are managing with limited budgets or capacity, and what tools or resources are out there to support culture work, leadership development, and people-related initiatives in 2026. This is a place to think out loud with peers who understand the pressures of leading people and culture in a constrained year.
