Whether it's a weekend, a vacation, a sabbatical, a period between jobs, parental leave, or a mental health day, your time off is sacred.

Yet, for so many, this special, well-deserved, and very much earned time ends up being a brief suspension of responsibility rather than an intentional reset. And when we get back? We very often find ourselves reverting to the same cycle of urgency, guilt, and burnout that we experienced before.

At Reloveution, we believe your time off should actually work for YOU, and we're here to help you refill your cup, restore your nervous system, reconnect you to your purpose and joy, rediscover your magic, and give you hope and a plan for your work and the season ahead.

 

No expensive spa days, trips to Bali, or gap years required (unless that's your jam)!

Coaching is For

This is for humans who are:

  • Thinking about time off, whether it's sabbatical, parental leave, vacation, or other intentional pause

  • Feeling nervous about disconnecting or being “unavailable” during their time away

  • Struggling to step away without guilt, pressure, or dread

  • Craving rest that feels real, not just more disconnection in disguise

  • Wanting to return to work or "real life" with clarity, capacity, and sustainable energy

  • Yearning for a nervous system reset

  • Feel burnt out and want more than binge-watching and doom-scrolling

What We'll Do Together

Every experience will be customized to the length and purpose of YOUR time off, but most engagements will include four primary components, plus optional cheerleading and strategy tips from us throughout the break.

The Exit

Preparing for, planning, and creating a blueprint for your time off.

 

We review the narratives and expectations that keep us tied to work, healing, teach nervous system regulation strategies, help you mitigate limiting beliefs and fears, and establish self-accountability parameters.

Helping you tune into yourself during your time off.

 

We help you slow down, reset your nervous system, navigate unexpected barriers, (re)align your actions and mindsets to your plan, and rest for real. 

(Not all time off is long enough for this)

The Envisioning

Planning your re-entry with intention and imagination.

 

We reflect on what you've learned, and create a plan for carrying your calm into your first day and first week back. We set priorities and consider how to build new habits and mindsets into your "normal routine."

Reflecting on your journey and planning for future time off 

We discuss what worked, what didn't work, what you want to remember, and the boundaries you need to set in the season ahead. We help you design personal SOPs for your next big or small break.
